These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Anon mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Giend LTD (“we”, “us”) in connection with the website and brand anonapp.co. The Service includes features such as profiles, discovery, chat messaging, device registration for notifications, and account management backed by our servers.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The Service is strictly intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not suitable for children or persons under the age of 18. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage users; if we discover or have reason to believe you are under 18, we will terminate your account immediately without notice. If you are not eligible, you must not register or use the Service.

Accounts

• You may sign in using supported third-party providers (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook) as offered in the app. You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• Profile information you submit (for example username, gender, birth date, profile image, description, or country) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not violate these Terms or applicable law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to the community or the Service.

Content standards (strict)

You must not post, send, solicit, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography, including in profile photos, chat messages, links, or any other media shared through the Service.
• Sexualizes minors, depicts exploitation, or violates applicable laws regarding child safety.
• Is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, or intended to harm others.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Distributes malware, attempts to hack or scrape the Service, or bypass security or rate limits.

We may use automated and human moderation, user reports, and technical signals to enforce these rules. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to authorities where appropriate.

Advertising and device data

The Service may display third-party advertisements. We and our advertising and analytics partners may collect and use device-related data, identifiers, and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy to deliver, measure, and improve ads, and to prevent fraud. Depending on your device settings and region, you may have controls through your operating system or in-app options.

Privacy and data deletion

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us as set out below.

User interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not guarantee the behavior of any user. Use block and report tools when needed and exercise caution when sharing personal information.

Messages and safety

To help protect users, message-related data may be anonymized or otherwise minimized where technically appropriate. Unless a longer period is required by law, such data may be kept on our servers for up to 30 days for safety, moderation, and abuse prevention, then deleted or further reduced.

Purchases

If the Service offers paid features, purchases may be processed by app stores. Additional store terms may apply. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the relevant platform rules unless we state otherwise in the app.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by Giend LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in line with these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giend LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred (100) USD, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.

Governing law

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AnonApp LTD’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
